Shipping & Delivery
Our Promise
Every Millano order is prepared with care and ships with end-to-end tracking. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right—quickly.
Order Processing

In-stock items: Packed within 1 business day (Mon–Fri).

Made-to-order / Limited runs: Crafted on demand; 7–10 business days to prepare before dispatch. Any made-to-order status is noted on the product page.
You’ll receive a confirmation email after purchase and a tracking email once your order leaves our facility.
Delivery Timeframes

United States (contiguous): Tracked ground, 3–5 business days once shipped.

Expedited U.S. options: 2–3 business days (available at checkout where supported).

International: 5–10 business days to major urban centers; remote areas may require additional time.
Note: Delivery estimates begin after dispatch. During peak periods or severe weather, carriers may experience network-wide delays. We monitor these closely and keep you informed.
Tracking & Updates
All parcels include tracking. Links are provided via email and are updated by the carrier as your order moves through their network.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at [support@millano-north.com]—we can often correct it before dispatch. Once in transit, changes are limited by the carrier.
Taxes & Duties (International)
Orders shipping outside your country may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees set by local customs. These are the responsibility of the recipient. For guidance on estimated charges, please consult your local customs office.
Delivery Attempts & Signatures
High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery for your protection. If you miss a delivery, the carrier will provide re-delivery or pickup instructions.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated window, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged:

We’ll open a carrier trace and, where appropriate, replace or refund promptly.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We honor a 60-minute grace window after purchase to modify or cancel standard orders. After this window—or once an order is being prepared—we’ll do our best, but changes aren’t guaranteed. For made-to-order items already in production, cancellation may not be possible.
Split Shipments
To deliver your items as quickly as possible, we may ship your order in multiple parcels at no additional cost. You’ll receive separate tracking for each shipment.
Exceptional Circumstances
Extreme weather, carrier network disruptions, or customs inspections can occasionally extend delivery times. We’ll proactively communicate any material changes and support you through to resolution.
